Job Description
Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a Full Time Mobile Sushi Chef to come and support our teams in Sainsburys kiosks in:
- Moortown 911 Moortown Allerton Centre Leeds LS17 5NY
- Shorehead Southgate Huddersfield HD1 6QR
- Tritton Road Lincoln LN6 7QN
- Wetherby Road Harrogate HG2 8QZ
- Monks Cross Jockey Lane Huntington York YO32 9LG
- M&S Meadowhall Way Unit 2 1 The Arcade High Street 4145 Sheffield S9 1EH
- M&S Martello Way Unit A Vangarde Retail Park Phoenix Lane York YO32 9AE
This role Requires Your Own Vehicle and mileage will be paid.

Able to:
- Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers our clients and ourselves
- Highly organised with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
- Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take.
- An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
And have:
- Experience in leading people who can build confidence and capability in your team enabling them to succeed
- Ready to work in a fastpaced environment whilst always leading by example
- Pride in your work constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
- Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning

- This role pays 13.11 per hour and Minimum of 35 hours per week
- Mileage will be paid
- Paid every two weeks (fortnightly)
