1. ServiceNow Architect ITSM / CSM

Experience: 10 years
Role Summary:
As a ServiceNow Architect you will lead endtoend architecture design and solution strategy across ITSM and CSM implementations. Youll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure scalable secure and robust ServiceNow solutions.

What were looking for:

• Proven experience designing complex ServiceNow architectures

• Expertise in ITIL ITSM processes and Customer workflows

• Strong understanding of platform governance and integrations

• Experience mentoring developers and collaborating with business stakeholders

• ServiceNow certifications (CISITSM CISCSM CTA preferred)

2. Lead Developer ITSM / CSM

Experience: 7 years
Role Summary:
Lead a team of developers and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions using ITSM and/or CSM modules. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical and ensuring delivery excellence.

What were looking for:

• Strong technical leadership in delivering ServiceNow projects

• Handson development in Flow Designer Script Includes Business Rules etc.

• Experience in Agile delivery and crossfunctional team coordination

• Excellent communication and client interaction skills

3. Senior Developer ITSM / CSM

Experience: 5 years
Role Summary:
As a Senior Developer you will take ownership of development tasks build robust and scalable solutions and contribute to solution design and platform enhancements.

What were looking for:

• Deep knowledge of ITSM (Incident Change Problem CMDB) or CSM modules

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations Service Portal and scripting

• Strong debugging documentation and testing skills

• Ability to collaborate with architects and functional consultants

4. Developer ITSM / CSM

Experience: 24 years
Role Summary:
Support development configuration and customization across various ServiceNow projects. Youll be given opportunities to grow into more senior roles and certifications.

What were looking for:

• Good understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and scripting

• Experience working on ITSM modules or customer workflows

• Familiarity with Flow Designer UI Policies and basic integrations

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment

5. QA Engineer ServiceNow

Experience: 3 years

Role Summary:
Responsible for validating and testing ServiceNow solutions for quality performance and reliability. Youll create test cases automate regression tests and ensure platform stability.

What were looking for:

• Strong experience in QA testing for ServiceNow or SaaS platforms

• Manual and automation testing expertise (Selenium ATF preferred)

• Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA Zephyr or similar

• Clear understanding of QA lifecycle and ServiceNow functionality

NOTE: Main line active certification is a must for all said positions.
