Product Management Track in Detail
Participating in the Product Management Track of the Scalable Capital Graduate Program prepares you for a career and potential leadership position in our product management team. Become a future Product Manager of one of Scalable Capitals products and develop web/mobile solutions our users will love. Use stateoftheart technology to deliver simple and intuitive UI/UX that enables our clients to achieve their financial goals. Or take responsibility for a longterm business partnership with a leading global financial institution and build scalable investment solutions with them.

Rotation 1: Intro & Client Success
Start your program by getting to know our clients and their needs while working in the Client Service team. Being customer obsessed is the most important quality of a great product manager. Find out what issues they are facing. Why do they reach out to us and what can we do to better serve their needs Our aspiration is to minimise any need for a client to reach out to us but when they do provide the best possible support imaginable.

Rotation 2: Product
Leverage your client knowledge as you embark on your first experience as a Product Manager. Depending on your preferences and project priorities you will immerse yourself in the Product development lifecycle from start to finish. You will join a Product Development team initially shadowing an experienced Product Manager to gain insights into the role. As you progress you will begin to take on supporting tasks within the team such as moderating Scrum ceremonies preparing and approving tickets and maintaining the team roadmap. Additionally you will learn from other Product Managers through a curated list of essential concepts and processes every PM must know and we will schedule mentoring sessions to guide you through these topics during your first rotation in Product. Once you are fully acclimated you will take ownership of your first feature or project managing it endtoend with ongoing support from your team and the lead Product Manager.

Rotation 3: Operations
After learning how to build a client facing feature youre now eager to peak behind the curtain. Scalables Operations teams are what keeps Scalable Capital running. Pick a few domains youre interested in and rotate through the teams that monitor these processes solve problems and ensure that we can keep on serving our clients.

Rotation 4: Product
Now you know Scalables business and value chain inside out and hold all the knowledge necessary to dive even deeper during your second Product Management rotation. Similar to your second rotation youll support the team and take on a leadership role for one or multiple projects.

Qualifications :

• You have an excellent university degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration Finance Management Computer Science or other STEM disciplines
• You bring a passion for technology finance and digital products
• You have strong analytical thinking skills leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
• You bring experience from internships in the area of technology banking and/or consulting
• Previous nonacademic or entrepreneurial commitment is a plus
• You possess handson mentality and you are geared towards finding pragmatic solutions with empathy for the client
• You are willing to invest into personal learning and career development outside of work
• You bring excellent English communication skills German is a plus
