Job Description
Role Overview IT Manager
Led the technology strategy and oversaw the implementation and operations of software applications and systems supporting core business functions. Key responsibilities included:
Enhancing and managing ERP OMS POS and ecommerce platforms.
Directing technical planning system upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
Leading API integrations and utilizing microservices architecture to improve system interoperability.
Ensuring data integrity security and compliance across all platforms.
Key Strengths:
Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to deliver results in fastpaced environments.
Skilled in translating technical concepts into clear actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
Adept at working crossfunctionally with operations sales and marketing teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
Qualifications :
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
Proven track record in managing business applications and systems integration particularly within consumer goods or retail environments.
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in ERP systems with deep knowledge of Oracle NetSuite.
Skilled in Order Management Systems (OMS) POS systems and Ecommerce platforms.
Systems & Integrations:
Experienced in API integrations and microservices architecture.
Strong grasp of database management system upgrades and maintenance.
Security & Compliance:
Familiar with data security compliance standards and user access control frameworks.
Major Applications (Handson Experience):
Oracle NetSuite
ShipStation
Magento
Shopify
Celigo
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
