Sonar Spark is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Communications Agent to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting internal and external communication efforts ensuring consistency in messaging and enhancing brand clarity. You will collaborate with multiple departments to develop and implement communication strategies that support business goals and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies
Draft edit and proofread memos reports presentations and newsletters
Coordinate internal announcements and organizational updates
Ensure consistency in tone style and messaging across materials
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and distribute accurate information
Support event planning and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain and update internal communication systems and resources
Monitor feedback and help identify areas for improvement in communication processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
