Job Description
Lead the development and implementation of RAG applications ensuring scalability efficiency and high performance.
Collaborate with product managers engineers and data scientists to define AIdriven product features and solutions.
Design and maintain AI models ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing architectures.
Guide and mentor a team of engineers providing technical direction and best practices.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of AI components into the overall system.
Optimize AI systems for performance reliability and cost efficiency on GCP.
Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning research methodologies and tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior AI Engineer with a strong track record of designing and deploying RAG applications.
Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of AI frameworks (LlamaIndex LangChain etc..
Extensive experience with GCP particularly AI and machine learning services.
Solid understanding of AI model deployment optimization and integration into production systems.
Experience mentoring a team of engineers.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate complex environments with minimal formal procedures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
Experience with largescale AI systems and data pipelines.
A background in natural language processing (NLP) or information retrieval.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
