Job Description

We are currently looking for a resultsdriven B2B Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Tallinn Estonia. In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with our most valuable B2B clients driving revenue growth and ensuring longterm success for both our customers and Ignitis Eesti. This role offers much more than a typical position as the second member of the Ignitis Eesti Energy Sales team you will play a key role in building the business from the ground up. It is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to shaping our operations strategy and success in the Estonian market. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts understanding their business needs and challenges
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams in Baltics to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and pursuing upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitoring  and analyzing account performance metrics preparing reports for senior management

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management with a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts preferably in energy sector
  • Strong communication negotiation presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a focus on longterm relationship building
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and data analysis tools
  • Experience in conducting business reviews and preparing performance reports
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with key accounts
