- Oversee daily operations of the Casino ensuring a best in class consumer offering.
- Contributes to and implements the Casino business strategy ensuring that the product attracts engages and retains customers while achieving budgetary goals.
- Maintain an events and launch calendar for the Casino and coordinate with Marketing and Player Engagement teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform and identify areas where we can improve our offering. Advocate for new features and changes to existing products that will help to drive revenue and improve the experience for Casino players.
- Coordinate with Licensee Player Engagement Team Customer Service and Fraud and Risk ensuring the Casino operates with integrity best in class service and functions as part of the overall player experience.
- Produce daily monthly quarterly annual and adhoc performance analysis on Casino operations.
