Qualifications :
Continued Education:
Courses: Advanced Optics Inventory Management Intermediate Sales Techniques.
Workshops/Seminars: Bimonthly external seminars on opticianry trends and innovations.
Certification: Encourage completion of ABO certification if not already obtained; Introduction to NCLE (National Contact Lens Examiners) certification.

Approximately $19.50 $23
Incentives:
$500 performance bonus
