Job Description

Job Summary: 

Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various HR functions to our Italian subsidiary 100 FTEs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect review and reconcile payroll reports resolve discrepancies and address any issues related to payroll.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries providing timely and accurate responses
  • Maintaining accurate employee records including staff files first point of contact for employees regarding employment contracts labour law healthcare pensions retirement plans and vacation time.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings resume screening interviewing and job offers.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires.
  • Support the performance management process including tracking performance reviews and providing guidance to managers.

Qualifications :

  • BSc/MSc degree 
  • 56 years of experience in a complex HR role strong focus on providing operational support
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian employment laws and regulations used to work with an external payroll service provider
  • Excellent English skills you would be member of an international team 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
