Job Summary:
Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various HR functions to our Italian subsidiary 100 FTEs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect review and reconcile payroll reports resolve discrepancies and address any issues related to payroll.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries providing timely and accurate responses
- Maintaining accurate employee records including staff files first point of contact for employees regarding employment contracts labour law healthcare pensions retirement plans and vacation time.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings resume screening interviewing and job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires.
- Support the performance management process including tracking performance reviews and providing guidance to managers.
Qualifications :
- BSc/MSc degree
- 56 years of experience in a complex HR role strong focus on providing operational support
- Excellent knowledge of Italian employment laws and regulations used to work with an external payroll service provider
- Excellent English skills you would be member of an international team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
