Were on the hunt for a sharp strategic Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our highimpact Revenue Operations team. This role is missioncritical to scaling our Salesforce platform and empowering teams across the business with streamlined workflows airtight data integrity and realtime business intelligence.
As a power user and internal champion of Salesforce youll own system optimization automation and administration across the platform. Youll collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Finance and Product to drive operational efficiency improve CRM performance and deliver insights that directly impact revenue growth.

What Youll Own:
Platform Optimization & Scalability
Lead all Salesforce system design configuration and performance improvements.
Build and deploy scalable workflows automations and approval processes that align with business goals.
Proactively identify technical debt and opportunities for performance gains.
Strategic CrossFunctional Collaboration
Partner with Sales Marketing Ops Finance and Research to scope business needs and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
Act as a strategic consultant to senior leadership on system design reporting and automation.
User Management & Enablement
Oversee all user roles profiles and permissions to ensure system compliance and data security.
Provide training documentation and support to end users to drive adoption and ROI from platform features.
Advanced Reporting & Dashboards
Build custom dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into pipeline performance and KPIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to automate reporting processes and elevate datadriven decisionmaking.
System Maintenance & Governance
Own release management updates integrations and system health monitoring.
Manage user tickets track trends and ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
Deliver monthly reports on system usage open requests and roadmap progress.
Innovation & Futureproofing
Stay ahead of Salesforce product developments tools and best practices.
Drive key projects like data migrations thirdparty integrations and custom API connections.
Serve as the internal SME on Salesforce architecture scalability and innovation.
Qualifications :
Who You Are:
Youre not just a Salesforce adminyoure a system owner data strategist and operational architect. You thrive in fastmoving environments and get energy from untangling complex workflows and building clean scalable systems that fuel growth.
What You Bring:
5 years as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud Service Cloud experience preferred)
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus)
Experience with Flows Apex Process Builder API integrations and CRM strategy
Strong grasp of data governance security models and user role hierarchies
A problemsolving mindset with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to prioritize execute and own projects from discovery to deployment
A collaborative growthoriented attitude and the confidence to make bold recommendations
