Job Description
Pediatric Home Health Nurse (LPN or RN) Crescent 15046
Hours: 40h/w
Pay Rate: $31/hr
Days: Tuesday thru Friday school/nonschool
Shifts: 1st shift; 7a5p or 7:30a5:30p
Pediatric Home Health Nurse (LPN or RN) Imperial 15126
Hours: 35h/w
Pay Rate: $31/hr
Days: Monday thru Friday summer
Shifts: 1st shift; 6a1p
Ideal Candidates will be expected to:
- Follow an individualized home health plan of care
- Monitor all aspects of a patients home health plan of care as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan implement and evaluate patient home health plan of care
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) maintain accurate detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Qualifications
- Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Valid AHABLS CPR course completion (Infant Child & Adult)
- FBI and Child AbuseClearances (provided by eKidzCare if needed)
- Recent TwoStep Tuberculosis test (One Year Shelf Life) Chest Xray 6 Month Shelf Life) or Blood Test (Upon Hire)
- Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as aRegistered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)or must be willing to participate in theeKidzCare New Grad Training Program
