The role of Sales & Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team in executing
content strategies lead generation and digital campaigns while supporting the KSA sales team
in sales activities. This role requires creativity analytical skills and a proactive approach to
marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and publish content for social media platforms (Instagram LinkedIn Facebook
etc. company blogs and website articles.
Create Arabic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer
engagement.
Generate visual and written marketing content including graphics posts and ad copy.
Conduct lead generation and qualification to identify potential clients.
Reach out to potential leads across various platforms using the companys scripts.
Track and document responses ensuring a structured followup process with our social
media accounts.
Assist in the of marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with brand
messaging and objectives.
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance to assess
effectiveness.
Compile and present marketing reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and
provide insights to the Commercial Manager.
Assist in preparing sales presentations brochures and product overviews for potential
clients.
Support in managing and organizing leads ensuring proper documentation on HubSpot.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with client acquisition
strategies.
Support sales team in conducting cold calls cold emails and outreach.
Assist in drafting email sequences and outreach messaging for potential clients.
Conduct SWOT analysis competitor research and industry market analysis to identify
trends and opportunities.
Research new marketing strategies and propose ideas to improve campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
13 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Marketing certifications in Google Ads Google Analytics META or any relevant
certificates are highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills including communication negotiation and networking skills.
Good understanding of social media marketing content creation and digital advertising.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret engagement metrics.
Proficiency in softwares such as Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Apps.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
Creativity and analytical thinking to support lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
