Job Description
About your tasks:
- Define and execute the AI and data science strategy aligning it with business goals.
- Lead and develop teams of data scientists ML and AI engineers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive the development of AIpowered solutions to improve customer experience and optimize internal processes.
- Ensure scalability performance and governance of AI models in production.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business challenges into datadriven solutions.
- Keep up with the latest advancements in AI and data science ensuring Redcare Pharmacy remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications :
About you:
- MSc/ Ph.D. in Data Science (Business) Analytics Computer Science Maths Statistics Physics (Industrial) Engineering or related natural sciences / technical degree.
- At least 7 years of extensive experience in data science AI and machine learning including leading teams in this space.
- 5 years of experience as a people manager forming highperforming teams in the area of Data Science ML and AI.
- You showcase a track record of effectively leading strategic data science & AI projects managing diverse teams and stakeholders resulting in successful outcomes.
- Proven ability to define AI strategies and deliver impactful solutions.
- Experience in building AIdriven products and managing endtoend ML pipelines.
- A strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into business value.
