Job Description
- Prepare reports based on quality performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of key process outcomes and ensure data consistency
- Track recorded action items and follow up with responsible stakeholders to ensure timely closure
- Coordinate and participate in meetings and document clear and concise meeting minutes
- Proofread and review internal documentation in English to ensure clarity and correctness
- Monitor and manage updates in the company tracking systems to support operational workflows
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Accuracy in handling data and documentation
- Ability to follow up and ensure task completion
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- UpperIntermediate level of English
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience in the IT industry
