Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and service oriented individual to join our luxury Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Server. This unique role wears many hats while giving the highest level of service.
- Candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests in our Breakfast restaurant Chez Colette. S/He will explain the menu take food and beverage orders and serve food and beverages.
- Candidate will perform duties according to Sofitel and AAA 4Diamond standards maintaining current knowledge of all menu offerings; to include ingredients preparation method and presentation. Candidate will train as a server for Chez Colette and Liberte.
- Exercise good judgment and intuition to anticipate guests needs. Take initiative to connect with guests inquire about their experience and ensure their satisfaction.
- Be empowered to lead operations and address guest feedback
Qualifications :
- A positive cando attitude and an ability to multitask in a fast paced exciting environment while working alongside a diverse group of colleagues
- Thorough understanding of the food and beverage menus preparations and ingredients. Strong ability to professionally present and describe menu items to the guest offer additional assistance and answer inquires.
- Skilled in communicating with guests and colleagues with a polished appearance and a poised demeanor
- Ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have genuine care and concern for both the wellbeing of our guests and fellow team members
- A desire to learn and grow in a professional fun and chic environment!
