Job Description
BESIX Watpac are seeking an experienced Project Assistant to join our Qld construction team on a Correctional Facility Project in Woodford. Working in a large collaborative project team the key responsibilities of this position include:
- Clerical support to Contract Administration team.
- Assisting in organisation catering and general preparation for site meetings and events.
- Attending to reception/calls and managing site attendees and visitor access.
- Preparing reports as required.
- Managing stationery and office supplies.
- Processing of dockets invoices and purchase orders.
- Provide general project administration support to the team as required.
Qualifications :
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Prior administration experience in a construction or related field is preferable.
- High level of organisational and time management skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
