Sr Associate Strategic Finance - LMS GTM Growth

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Sr. Associate (LMS) to join our team in leading our top and bottomline impact through objective analysis operational insights and strategic initiatives. This person will focus on a number of businesswide initiatives including but not limited to product GTM operating model redesign and longterm strategic planning to support growth of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions our ads business. 

Responsibilities: 

• Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners.  
• Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.  
• Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for with some support from more senior team members.  
• Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints. 
• Communicates implications of work (e.g. forecasts analyses trends) to senior crossfunctional stakeholders to drive action.  
• Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance.  
• Partners with crossfunctional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics oriented perspective with minimal supervision.  
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes.  
• Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support. 
• Access transform and synthesize data from crossplatform data sources and analyze to assess signals trends and risks. 
• Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions deriving actionable insights from results.  
• Contributes to the culture and values of the organization including diversity inclusion and belonging through organizationwide events and initiatives.  

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelors degree in Business Business Analytics Finance or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance finance accounting management consulting investment banking or related field OR equivalent experience. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• 1 years of experience in the technology industry.
