Job Description
Job Title: Sales Representative
Work Days: Monday – Sunday (A scheduled day off between Monday and Wednesday)
Work Hours: 8:00am – 3:00pm (Morning Shift)
3:00pm – 10:00pm (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Victoria Island AND Lekki
Salary: N70 000 (Net)
Preferably Female
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly
• Takes in store customer’s order
• Assist customers with placement of orders.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Process customer’s payment.
• Ensure that every customer gets a proof of payment for all of their purchase.
• Ensure that each customer enjoys good experience.
• Supply management (through the Store Front Manager) with reports on customer’s needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products.
• Keeping record of client’s feedbacks and forwarding same to the management
• Maintain a database of customer contact
• Undertake other duties as assigned
