We are seeking InHome Sales & Design Consultants to join our team of professionals in a growth potential position. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Travel to and from your residence to companygenerated prequalified appointments with homeowners within NJ & Staten Island
- No door knocking!
- Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during inhome consultations
- Follow a valuebased selling process embodying honesty and integrity
- Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings
- CRM Activities
- Other duties as assigned
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to drive up to two hours to and from appointments
- At least two years of sales experience
- Ability to lift and carry at least 4060 lbs. of sample materials (required)
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
- A strong desire and ability to close the sale
Compensation and Benefits:
- Uncapped commission structure with current consultants earning $100000$250000
- Performancebased bonus opportunities
- Full insurance package including medical dental vision and 401(K) program coming soon
Schedule:
- Flexibility on a weekly basis
- Evening and weekend availability(required)
High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of hospitality, guest service, and/or restaurant management experience Previous management experience preferred Strong computer skills Confident and effective communication and presentation skills Ability to engage effectively to project a positive, professional company image Creative in handling solutions in various customer situations to create win-win situations for company and customer High degree of commercial awareness, ability to understand links between sales and profit with excellent sales and negotiant skills Exceptional business sense and the ability to motivate and lead a team Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
