Job Description
A healthcare facility near Mount Vernon OR is searching for a Physical Therapist to join their team!
Pay: $40.00 $57.00/hourly
$1000 Retention Bonus Included!
Physical Therapist Job Details:
Setting: Inpatient/ Outpatient or Home base/Inpatient
Shift: MF or 4X10 s very flexible
Physical Therapist will performs accurate and comprehensive assessments
Ensures that changes in patients clinical status are communicated to other healthcare team members and HHA office staff verbally and in writing in a timely manner.
Ensures that physician orders are communicated to other healthcare team members in a timely accurate and thorough manner.
Physical Therapist will coordinate care planning and delivery with the physician patient and family/caregivers other healthcare team members and HHA staff to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
Valid/Current State Physical Therapy license.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum/school.
BLS certification
Doctorate of Physical Medicine preferred but not required
