A healthcare facility near Mount Vernon OR is searching for a Speech Language Pathologist to join their team!
Pay: $40.00 $57.00/hourly
$1500 Retention Bonus Included!
Speech Language Pathologist Job Details:
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Shift: MF 85 or 4X10s very flexible
Speech Language Pathologist will evaluates patient s communication/articulation physical cognitive breathing swallowing status functional abilities and age specific needs of patients to determine the current level of functioning selfcare selfresponsibility independence and quality of life.
Speech Language Pathologist will develop and implement a treatment plan which involves the patient family and social support system. Identifies and provides skilled interventions to reach achievable goals coordinates and collaborates on treatment options advocates enhancing patient s social support systems. Provides medically necessary treatments based on established departmental guidelines and protocols.
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree & Master s Degree
Graduate of an accredited school of speech language pathology
Basic Life Support (BLS)
SLP license
