Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) in Doylestown PA 18901 to provide inhome care to seniors. We offer both hourly and livein opportunities. As a DCW you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities ensuring a safe and clean environment and offering companionship and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care: bathing grooming toileting dressing
Assist with meal preparation light housekeeping and medication reminders
Promote client independence and engagement in daily routines
Follow care plans and document services accurately
Communicate effectively with clients families and the care team
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 year of experience working with seniors in a DCW HHA or CNA role
Reliable and verifiable professional references are required
Ability to work flexible shifts including livein assignments
Must pass all background checks TB testing and physical exam
Reliable transportation is preferred
