Job Description
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee procurement inventory control logistics and distribution processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain and operations ensuring targets are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity and compliance.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards in supply chain activities.
- Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommend actionable improvements.
- Proven ability to manage endtoend supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Deep understanding of logistics procurement and inventory management best practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards related to supply operations.
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Operations or a related field.
- Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) are a plus.
- 57 years of experience in supply chain and operations management.
