Job Title: Superintendent HighEnd Retail Construction
Location: Nationwide Travel Required

They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead onsite construction of premier retail projects nationwide.
Position Overview: As Superintendent you will oversee the entire construction process for luxury retail projects ensuring every detail aligns with the clients vision and brand standards. This role requires a handson leader who is skilled in managing complex highprofile projects and maintaining exceptional craftsmanship attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. Travel is required to meet the demands of projects across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction site including planning scheduling and executing highend retail buildouts.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors vendors and trades to ensure that all work meets elite brand standards for quality design and aesthetics.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols quality assurance and project timelines.
- Conduct regular onsite inspections to ensure that all work aligns with architectural plans specifications and luxury standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers designers and clients to achieve flawless project and client satisfaction.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any project challenges quickly with a focus on delivering a premium final product.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on highend groundup or interior retail construction projects.
- Proven track record managing luxury retail projects for elite brands demonstrating attention to quality and aesthetics.
- Expertise in managing schedules budgets and safety protocols for highprofile fastpaced retail projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in construction management software MS Office and familiarity with highend materials and finishes.
- Willingness to travel nationwide to oversee projects as required.
