As anAssistant Restaurant General Manager(ARGM)you will be wingman or woman to theRestaurant General Manager (RGM). Youre an authentic brand ambassador who also happens to love our chicken and chips. Our ARGMs have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds from supermarkets and pubs to high street retailers and even banks. Youll be empowered to partner with your RGM to run your restaurant like you own it.We want to give the kind of guest service thatmakes guests come back for more so were looking for leaders who will coachtheir teams well and can create a culture that puts guests at the centre.
