Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Process and verify vendor invoices following internal policies and procedures.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receive reports 3way matching).
- Assistin maintaining vendor master data and ensure proper documentation.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile any discrepancies on time.
- Track and manage payment schedules to avoid late fees and maintain good vendor relationships.
- Prepare and process payments (checks & transfers).
- Support monthend and yearend closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Maintain organized records of invoices payments and related financial documents.
- Assist with audits by providing required documentation and support.
- Collaborate with procurement finance and other departments as needed.
- Perform adhoc tasks and support special finance projects as assigned by the direct manager.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Exposure to ERP or accounting software (SAP preferred).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- 12 years of relevant experience in accounting or accounts payable
