As a Child Care Director you will:
- Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive day care environment.
- Engage with your team and families daily.
- Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Kids & Company philosophy and agency guidelines.
- Manage the daytoday operations of the center with a business mindset makingdecisions for the betterment of the child care center.
- Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success.
- Collaborate with other Kids & Company departments including finance learning environments marketing customer service and human resources.
Requirements:
Candidates must complete required state and company background checks including fingerprint checks. All job offers are contingent on a successful background check and references.
- Bachelors degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. We will consider applicants with the following academic qualifications;Associate degree / CDA
- Director certified in the state of Missouri for 100 kids.
- At least two years of center leadership experience in a childcare program is preferred.
