Nikes Global ICON Studios team provides compelling product imagery that elevates the Nike brand vision. As a part of our evolution ICON is opening a second photography studio near Culver City ICON Studio is seeking a Senior Associate ICON Studio Product Logistics that will be responsible for the physical product logistics & job initiation of all merchandise received at the studio to support the of premium accurate and ontime image creation from line plan through retail and ecommerce from end to end.
We are looking for a team player that always thinks ahead to accurately and efficiently support the daily inbound & outbound tasks that are required in preparation for photo production within the studio.
You must understand photo studio logistics and inventory management so that you can coordinate effectively and drive continuous process improvements. Qualified candidates will be highly detailoriented collaborative have a positive attitude able to take initiative be a problemsolver and have excellent communication skills. The candidate should enjoy coordinating and overseeing processes to completion and must be able to work in excel and inventory management systems.
The candidate must also have the ability to contribute to a team culture of continuous improvement and be a part of a highly engaged merchandise management team.
If this is you you will check in merchandise upon arrival in the studio and initiate jobs for production. You will also coordinate the physical flow of all merchandise arriving in studio to ensure end to end inventory accuracy from delivery through outbound shipping.
You will support a team that forecasts and prepares inbound product for photography and/or video. You and your teammates will prepare and stage product batches for photography and provide realtime inbound batching reports to inform photo crew booking teams.
A typical day/week looks like:
Processing of inbound staging receiving & job initiation for merchandise before moving into production while maintaining onhand accuracy
Processing outbound shipments of merchandise after production
Supporting the merchandise operations process and perform daily weekly and seasonal duties to ensure tasks & projects are completed accurately and efficiently
Proactively identifying communicating and solving any merchandise issues that arise throughout the production process
Tracking product throughout all stages of the photo production process using inventory and asset management systems Tableau and project management tools
Maintaining production requests for tracking the inbound receipt of merchandise inventory pulls and the return to clients when requested
This role will collaboratively support and facilitate the endtoend merchandise flow across the photo studio to support the production of premium assets created by the onsite production crews. You will partner with various members of the studio team as needed to coordinate the timely & accurate delivery of merchandise based on established key performance indicator (KPI) timelines. To ensure quality and consistency in the condition of merchandise you will digitally and physically tag catalog track and monitor merchandise throughout the Photo Studio process. Your primary daily interactions will be with the PreProduction Styling PostProduction Photography and Production teams at Icon Los Angeles. You will report directly to the Senior Supervisor Product Logistics for Icon Studios.
2 years of related experience
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Supply Chain or related field
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group or people
Technical aptitude
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong influence collaboration presentation and organization skills
Flexible and able to work with tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Enthusiastic positive energy and able to work well under pressure
