Northmarq is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of a Senior Graphic Design/Marketing Specialistto support our marketing efforts for ourInvestment Salesteam inLA. The position entails working with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and the individual will require independent judgment to plan prioritize and organize a diverse workload in a fastpaced environment. This position will play a key role in assisting Sales Teams with graphic design emarketing and photo editing in the promotion of our real estate listings including the deliverables and marketing campaigns.
*This position is an inoffice position with an immediate start date.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creative direction graphic design and layout of marketing deliverables for Broker clients in a timely and accurate manner. Marketing deliverables include pricing analysis offering memorandums locations maps team brochures emails website landing pages conference pieces investment summaries executive summaries etc.
- Provide quality control for all marketing deliverables (proofreading style guide production management etc.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with current and new Broker clients. Ensure production services consistently meet client and company needs while delivering quality service.
- Monitor marketing campaign distribution through email schedules tracking current listings for promotional needs while coordinating with sales teams analysts and marketing.
- Track and create web analytics and metric reports on lead generation such as downloads opens clicks and web traffic.
- Serve as a member of the Property Marketing Team which includes providing backup coverage for members participating in team meetings time tracking based on the project and sales team communicating regularly with the team and Property Marketing Manager and sharing work across offices as needed.
- Assist with additional projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team as our company grows.
What Were Looking For:
- Postsecondary education in Marketing Graphic Design or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 yearsof work experience in CRE Marketing/Graphic Design background is required
- Strong proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to Adobe CC suite of programs (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Dreamweaver required) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular required).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and database programs such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt and prioritize meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Operates with a sense of urgencyis proactive and takes initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills andpresentation skills
- Works well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others strong client service skills

California Residents: Northmarq carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation including a candidates education training and experience. The salary range for the Marketing Specialist position is $76000.00 to $88000.00 annually or $36.50 to $42.30 hourly. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills qualifications and experience.
