Key job responsibilities Own campaigns from endtoend: managing creative processes targeting and segmentation planning reporting and optimization. Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative category creative content Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize Own weekly monthly and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives Manage and report out on projects status and work with teams to remove any project blockers. Aptitude for organization flexibility and producing results in a fastpaced environment Ability to leverage data to drive decision making Familiarity and comfort with GenAI applications for content and copy Refined eye for trend in Fashion and/or Fitness industries.
2 years of professional noninternship marketing experience Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience with onsite marketing lifecycle marketing and digital advertising Bachelors degree
Knowledge of HTML XML and Excel Experience leading crossfunctional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
