What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
- Engage in planning and coordination activities to facilitate repairs and maintenance for major and minor shutdowns.
- Lead shutdown preparation and progress meetings with Maintenance Project Engineering and Operations teams.
- Create detailed schedules for upcoming work associated with future shutdowns or maintenance aligning them with the operations schedule to minimize equipment downtime.
- Develop manage communicate and execute maintenance / project plans and master schedules to effectively utilize plant resources (material labor and capacity).
- Work closely with Operations Project Engineering Quality and other internal and external customers to problem solve resolve issues and ensure that detailed maintenance activity schedules (according to the requirements of the area project load and maintenance activities) are met.
- Develop and identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead crossfunctional projects in support of plant objectives and goals with an emphasis on lean methodology and consistent with lean principles.
- Author and lead the workflow processes and procedures for Maintenance and Reliability.
- Issue informational and effectiveness reports based on team and business unit work ensuring continuous improvement and effective communication across all departments.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelors degree with any years of experience or an Associates degree with 4 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
- Proficient computer skills in MS Project CMMS Excel and other relevant software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate crossfunctional meetings effectively
- Experience in planning and of maintenance tasks and activities
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Experience and understanding of industry equipment and technology principles theories and practices
- Knowledge and experience with continuous improvement change implementation
- Familiarity with planning and of maintenance tasks and activities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective time management skills
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The work environment ranges from office to anywhere in the plant on campus and frequently outdoors. Colleague is frequently exposed to airborne particles and must work near moving mechanical parts. Colleague will be expected to access multiple levels of the facility areas which entail use of stairways and ladders. The noise level in some of the work environments is loud. Use of hearing eye hand and foot protection is required. Personal Protective Equipment applicable to the task must be worn at all times and is a condition of employment.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $to $. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 75 of the base salary.
