A day in the life As a Customer Success Manager youll start your day reviewing shipper performance data and preparing for strategic meetings. You might collaborate with product teams to address a shippers unique needs then lead a workshop to help a key account optimize their operations. In the afternoon analyze program metrics for a leadership presentation or brainstorm new success strategies with your peers. Your day concludes by following up on critical shipper issues ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or related field 1 years experience in customer success consulting or supply chain management Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive measurable business improvements Strong analytical skills with experience in datadriven decision making and problemsolving Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.
