We are looking for an ambitious and exceptional analyst with a true passion for data and client success to join our Global Partner Services team dedicated to providing bestinclass partner support and campaign performance insights to Tripadvisors key Enterprise partners.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Analytics you will be leveraging your analytical superpowers to provide insights and recommendations both externally to our large Enterprise OTA and Hotel Chain partners as well as for internal projects supporting the companys strategic mission of building the worlds best platform for planning booking and reviewing trips.
We believe you are a dynamic selfstarter with a track record of successfully leveraging large data sets and an analytical approach to solve problems and generate insights & recommendations. You are passionate about digging into data and using a datadriven approach with attention to detail to identify opportunities and drive improvements big and small. You will need a desire to contribute to an open and collaborative working environment across timezones a passion for learning and for imparting your knowledge to others and an innate ability to consistently and autonomously produce high quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities/What youll do:
Campaign performance & partner growth
- Closely monitor performance of your partners click based adcampaigns on Tripadvisor (Price Comparison Sponsored Placements Business Advantage) providing insights and recommendations to grow the partnership
- Systematically perform deepdive analysis leveraging internal & external data from various sources to identify growth opportunities and formulate strategies. Leverage your understanding of industry market and partner trends to explain macro and micro trends
- Present recommendations for optimization and growth to internal stakeholders & clients as relevant and continuously work with your team members and crossfunctional counterparts to test and execute solutions track impact and report on progress
Strategic
- Work closely with analytics teams and other teams responsible for data sources taking an active role in identifying business challenges and developing best practices to address/resolve these
- Proactively contribute to the work of the wider crossfunctional team providing strategic insights analysis and data driven recommendations and contribute to projects supporting the companys mission.
Scaling the Partner Analytics teams work
- Leverage Tableau and other tools to build out dashboards & data visualizations for internal and external usage. Constantly look for ways to improve tools and methodologies used by the team with the goal of reducing the manual intervention needed to obtain data freeing up bandwidth to focus on interpretation and analysis

Requirements
- A Masters degree in an analytical or technical field plus at least two years of relevant experience (with travel or tech industry background considered a bonus)
- Expertlevel understanding of Tableau and SQL is a must along with familiarity with Google Sheets Microsoft Excel or similar tools to analyze large data sets and create visualizations
- Familiarity with AIenabled tools and techniques to streamline data analysis and enhance daytoday efficiency
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate virtually with partners & team members around the globe
- A strong sense of ownership comfort with ambiguity and with working with little supervision and in a fast paced global and highly dynamic environment where products and processes evolve rapidly
- Results oriented organized flexible and open to change and new information; able to adapt behavior work methods and priorities accordingly
- Willingness to travel
- This position is based at our Needham MA headquarters. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered in coordination with your manager.
