This will be a Home Care CNA role in the northern part of the 13 counties we service in west Michigan. (Mason Oceana Lake Newaygo)
Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality direct patient care. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team.
Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse consistent with policies and procedures of the unit.
Responsible for direct daytoday care of assigned residents/patients including dressing bathing transporting and feeding.
Documents care provided as directed in a manner consistent with guidelines.
Maintains patients environment/work area/equipment and communicates any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department/unit personnel.
Complete and maintain required number of CNA educational hours.
Participation in select unit quality monitoring activities under the direction of the Unit Manager or Nurse Leader.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course
CRTNursing Assistant Upon Hire
LICDrivers License State of Michigan Upon Hire
