Job Description
Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch speaking Content Moderator for a project of a leading social media platform in Lisbon Portugal.
The Job
Together with your colleagues you will be ensuring competent content moderation in our facilities in Lisbon Portugal.
Activities
- Content Moderation for Dutch content.
- Written contact with customers in Dutch as well as in English.
- Remove and delete inappropriate content.
- Content Management to avoid cyber crime.
- Make sure content corresponds to ethical standards.
- Remove and delete content like hate message cyber bullying terror and animal abuse
Procedure
The training period is 10 days for9 hours per day. During the training you will receive an insight into your future work field which will include:
- Integration into the Portugal team;
- Training for new computer software programs;
- Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client;
- Customer management training for Email contact;
- Onthejob training and independent implementation of training content.
