What You Will Achieve
You will lead operators and/or groups of operators in assuring that all duties required in his/her area are appropriately conducted with or without supervision. This may include chemical reactions fermentation processes equipment trials extractions distillations absorptions crystallizations filtrations drying and packaging operations. You will provide training and leadership in addition to performing operator duties. The chemical coordinator must maintain a positive atmosphere and productivity. You will possess strong knowledge of API equipment/technologies API operations SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standard work and focus on continuous improvement as well as strong organizational communication and people skills.
As a shop floor coordinator leadership is a key focus for you. You will be involved in setting the direction and strategy for the building as well as contributing to solutions to issues escalated within the building. You will train others and reinforce behaviors that will help us achieve our goal of providing the best healthcare to our patients.

Physical/Mental Requirements
Physical Demands: Considerable standing bending reaching twisting kneeling walking climbing of stairs and ladders lifting and moving of containers up to 25 kg.
Work Environment: Considerable outside environment. Frequent exposure to airborne particles; hot/cold conditions. Must work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is loud. Use of hearing hand head feet and eye protection is required.
NonStandard Work Schedule Travel or Environment Requirements
2nd shift work schedule 3 PM to 11 PM) working acadence. Weekend and holiday work will be required as business needs.

The salary for this position ranges from $30.33 to $50.55 per hour. In addition this position offers eligibility for overtime weekend holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Companys policies.
