Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution in English or a related field; previous teaching experience at the secondary level or undergraduate collegiate level; ability to receive dual credit certification to teach ENG 103: Rhetoric and Writing ENG 104: Composing Research COMM 210: Fundamentals of Public Speaking.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution in English or a related field; significant previous teaching experience at the secondary or undergraduate collegiate level; ability to teach a wide range of English courses that include literature writing communication and composition courses; ability to teach film and visual media courses.
