Senior Manager-B2B Channel Marketing

AirKey is a leading authentication and identity solution dedicated to providing innovative solutions that empower banks and financial institutions to reduce fraud while delivering better customer experiences. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing with expertise in B2B and channel marketing to drive awareness lead generation and partner enablement. While experience in financial services is a plus it is not requiredwhat matters most is your ability to develop and execute highimpact marketing strategies that fuel revenue growth.

As the Senior Manager of B2B & Channel Marketing you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing programs that engage business customers and support channel sales efforts. You will work crossfunctionally with sales product and partner teams to develop campaigns content and programs that drive demand and accelerate revenue through direct and indirect sales channels. This role is ideal for a resultsdriven marketing leader with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for building scalable ROIdriven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• B2B Marketing Strategy Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness demand generation and customer engagement.

• Channel Marketing Programs Design and implement marketing initiatives that empower channel partners including cobranded campaigns partner enablement and joint gotomarket efforts.

• Lead Generation & Demand Gen Drive measurable pipeline growth through targeted campaigns including content marketing email marketing paid media webinars and events.

• Partner Enablement Develop marketing materials sales collateral and training programs to support channel sales efforts and improve partner effectiveness.

• Messaging & Content Development Create compelling messaging case studies whitepapers and thought leadership content tailored for B2B audiences.

• Performance Tracking & Optimization Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance optimize marketing spend and improve conversion rates.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with sales product and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Event & Webinar Strategy Plan and execute industry events partner summits and virtual engagements to strengthen relationships and generate leads.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or Military Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing channel marketing or demand generation preferably in SaaS technology or enterprise solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Channel Marketing Expertise Proven ability to develop and execute channel marketing programs that drive partner engagement and sales.

• Demand Generation Mastery Strong background in lead generation strategies marketing automation and sales funnel optimization.

• Content & Brand Storytelling Ability to craft compelling content and messaging tailored to enterprise buyers and channel partners.

• Analytical & DataDriven Proficiency in marketing analytics KPIs and optimization strategies. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Salesforce).

• CrossFunctional Leadership Strong collaboration skills with experience working across sales product and external partners.

• Event & Digital Marketing Experience Experience managing events webinars and digital campaigns for brand awareness and pipeline growth.

• MBA

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
