Landmark Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team and make an impact utilizing their experience as a strong charge nurse with an intensive care or med surgery background. We are looking for a hands on manager who can coordinate and help drive the delivery of excellent patient care in our Columbia MO facility that supports 35 40 average level of patients. This leader will be responsible for the overall coordination of patient care by balancing work load of the nursingdepartment (RN LPN PCT MT). The Nurse Supervisor will act as a resource and champion for department operations organization and supply utilization. Leveraging deep acute care experience this supervisor will provide daytoday guidance for nursing services in tight collaboration with the Nursing Respiratory and Therapy leadership team. As education needs are identified this supervisor will create and deliver training to raise the overall performance and patient satisfaction levels. The Nurse Supervisor leads by example promoting safety quality compliance and adherence to standards. Some key tasks include creating and maintaining the shift schedule identifying and delivering training to support continuous improvement chart audits and providing input into the nursing services staff 90 day new hire and annual evaluations.
