Music Teacher Job Description
Grades: PreK 5th Grade
Part Time:
Applicant may choose any two days per week
OR mornings only(8:00am11:30am)
OR afternoons only 11:30am3:00pm)
Requirements
Iowa Teaching License
Ability to have fun creating movement with children that encompasses the Iowa PE standards.
Curriculum
Teacher will be provided with all necessary equipmentto help grow a program where students enjoy and appreciate physical movement through multiple experiences including individual work parner exercises and small group or team work.
Our School
St. James Catholic Elementaryis located in Washington Iowa.
We have approximately 140 students PreK5th grade.
Our student to teacher ratio is approximately 18 to 1.
We are a state accredited faith based school with a very low number of behavioral incidences.
