Upon completion participants are placed within our diverse technology organization for continued fulltime employment in multiple roles and locations throughout the US.
While we are not actively hiring at this time we wanted to provide some insights into a few highlighted opportunities that we offer. THE SKILLS YOU BRING
Recent completion or in current pursuit of a Computer Science Software Engineering or IT bachelors degree
A solid understanding of software development principles and data structures
Handson technical project experience: Previous technical internship experience is a plus
Outstanding problemsolving ability and analytical skills
Ability to work to achieve group goals in a fastpaced environment to achieve
Passionate about learning new technologies

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
The LEAP program is designed to build a solid foundation of a culture of continuous development through highimpact learning experiences. LEAP offers candidates an opportunity to join Fidelity fulltime in one of four different areas of technology:
FullStack Engineer: Design and develop premium digital applications in an Agile environment across multiple frameworks and platforms. We look for knowledge with frontend (HTML CSS JavaScript) middletier (Java NodeJS) and backend (SQL) languages and frameworks. Experience with Spring Angular or similar technologies is a plus.
Mobile Engineer: Design program and debug native mobile or web technology stacks to contribute to one of Fidelitys many mobile applications. We look for Native iOS or Native Android or Hybrid Mobile experience. Knowledge in Angular Ionic (or similar technologies) and MacOS is a plus.
Data Engineer: Design datacentered software solutions to organize Fidelitys information assets and conduct analysis to obtain and share insights. We require knowledge SQL and Python. Experience in data visualization data integration and an understanding of database modelling is preferred.
Systems Engineer: Gain exposure to a broad spectrum of infrastructure and engineering topics including systems architecture and administration cloud computing networks information technologies database technologies and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Experience with Perl Python C# C Java Linux encouraged.
