Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Havant PO9
Salary: OTE: 28k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Our client a highly successful forwardthinking Estate and Lettings Agency are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their team based at their branch in the Havant area.
The ideal candidate must have solid background and experience in residential sales with excellent achievements in selling property and knowledge of the local and surrounding area.
You will have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career have a winning mindset and most importantly you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service.
The Company: Our client is one of the leading and most successful independent estate and lettings agents in Hampshire who currently have a local network of offices across the area. They have a wellknown successful brand and are regarded as an excellent firm to work for.
The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Residential property sales experience
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Wellspoken and wellpresented
- Knowledge of the local market area
- Target driven and dynamic.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
