We are a 24/7 Call Center that receives afterhour and overflow calls for cooperative and utility companies across the United States regarding power outages and bill pay. You will never make a sale call out for collections or solicit business.

Fixed Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
All shifts AND Fulltime and PartTime schedules are available!

All telephone calls made or received in the Contact Center are recorded and may be monitored for quality purposes. Recorded calls may also be received in followup to member/customer questions or concerns and utilized for training purposes.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
