As part of their expanding portfolio they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead missioncritical data center projects in Tampa.

Data center stream is a specialized field requiring deep knowledge of electrical systems cooling infrastructure and operational continuity. These facilities support cloud computing colocation services and enterprise IT operations making reliability and efficiency paramount. As the Senior Project Manager you will play a key role in delivering cuttingedge data centers that meet stringent requirements for uptime scalability and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage all phases of data center construction projects from initiation to delivery.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines ensuring all milestones are met.
- Team Coordination: Lead teams of engineers architects and contractors to achieve project goals.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients providing regular updates and addressing challenges.
- Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with industry regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in project management with a focus on data center construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure for data centers.
- Proven expertise in managing complex budgets schedules and crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
