Working with multiple engineering teams across organizations youll lead the implementation of technology solutions leveraging AI/ML automation and advanced analytics to revolutionize our supply chain operations.
Key job responsibilities
Drive the of major technology transformation initiatives including Automated Demand Program Management Process Automation Agents and Systems Integration Services
Partner with engineering teams to design and implement microservices architecture using DomainDriven Design principles
Lead integration of advanced AI/ML capabilities using Amazon Bedrock Amazon Q and AWS SupplyChain
Manage complex crossfunctional programs to improve OnTime Delivery of technology assets
Define technical requirements and roadmaps for modernizing our supply chain systems
Build consensus across multiple stakeholders including engineering teams business units and leadership
Drive architectural decisions that balance technical excellence with business outcomes

5 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of analytical quantitative communication and presentations experience
3 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Strong technical background with understanding of distributed systems APIs and cloud architecture
Experience managing largescale technology transformation programs
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Experience with supply chain systems and operations
Knowledge of DomainDriven Design and microservices architecture
Familiarity with AWS services and cloudnative development
Track record of delivering complex technical programs with measurable business impact
Experience with AI/ML implementations in enterprise systems

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
