As a Support Specialist you will support the users of our system. You will provide guidance on the usage and policies of the system. Working with the team this role will define and document business specifications application functionality and workflow requirements. This position will define test plans test scripts and conduct business testing. Working with business and technical resources members of the CRM team divisional representatives and IT you will support new releases through testing and communication.
