Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Assistant you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact for our customers addressing their inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Providing detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and empathetically.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
- Assisting in processing orders returns and exchanges efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
