About the Role:
The Solutions Architect is a key driver of innovation and implementation at Iron Mountains Digital Business Unit (DBU). This role bridges business needs with technical solutions to deliver impactful projects. With 5 years of experience in designing and selling enterprise solutions the ideal candidate excels in solution design leveraging hybrid architecture for Information Content and Data Management. The role requires travel up to 50 annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer environments and address challenges with Iron Mountain solutions.
  • Design and scope complex solutions across Iron Mountains Digital offerings.
  • Deliver technical presentations demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Support RFPs RFQs and technical aspects of integrations and migrations.
  • Create architectural diagrams and ROI models to build strong business cases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their impact.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
  • Expertise in crafting LLM prompts to enhance automation and customer experiences.
  • Experience in data recognition machine learning AI and content management.
  • Knowledge of Cloud SaaS platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and enterprise data protection.
  • Strong communication negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Familiarity with industries such as finance and healthcare is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in presales or solution selling for technologydriven solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and clients at all levels.
