The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience a proven record of mentoring junior staff and faculty and a strong commitment to clinical service and program growth. This position offers the chance to lead a highvolume wellestablished ENT practice with subspecialty support in Head & Neck Rhinology Otology and comprehensive care for pediatric patients. Physicians are supported by a skilled team of advanced practice providers across both outpatient and surgical services within modern freestanding clinical facilities and recently remodeled ICU ED and OR spaces equipped with robotic surgical access. The system features a robust Epicbased EHR recognized as a 10Star health system placing it among the top 1 of Epic organizations nationwide.
This role offers a highly competitive base salary ranging from $480000 to $530000 alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical dental and disability insurance malpractice coverage with tail and a strong RVU model supported by an extensive internal referral network. Additional benefits include generous paid time off licensure fee reimbursement financial support for candidates pursuing fellowship training relocation assistance of up to $15000.
